Hello friends! How are you? I hope you are having a wonderful week and that those of you who were celebrating Christmas have a wonderful holiday. We had an amazing vacation here and I will definitely share a recap in this week’s Friday Favorites.
For now, let’s talk about a Small healthy habits are reestablished.
I’m not sure if you feel the same, but I’m definitely ready to get back into my routine and start 2024 feeling energized and amazing. There’s been an onslaught of booze and sweets around here, and while it was 1000% worth it, I’ve enjoyed every second of it, and I can’t wait to get back to the habits that make me feel better.
I thought we could do a little 21 day challenge and I’d love for you to join!
When I talk to friends, clients and potential clients, they usually fall into two categories:
– Those who are overwhelmed and not sure where to start to achieve their goals.
– Those who know what to do, but aren’t sure how to make it work in their real life. They start too hard, do things they don’t even necessarily like, and when they can’t keep going, they give up or move on to the next new thing.
21 days of healthy habits
Here’s how the 21 day challenge will work:
We’re focusing on developing foundational habits that you can maintain for the long term.. We’re creating anchor habits that will help you improve body composition, sleep, mood, mindset, overall health, and performance. You can get the results you’re waiting for, without fighting your body and keeping your hormones and nervous system happy. 🙂
The festival begins on January 8. with an optional 7 or 14 day functional medicine detox. (If you simply want to do the detox, my tracking link is here And you can use code FITNESSISTA10 for 10% off!) I would order yours ASAP if you know you’re doing this. Sometimes shipping is very fast, other times it takes a little while. I’ll do the 14 day version! This detox is completely optional and you can read more about it here.
When you register for the challenge, you will receive instant access to the platform, which will host all the information. Immediately, you’ll receive your Healthy Hormones meal guide, recipe packet, and four weeks of exercise programming. These workouts are strength based and modifications are provided.
On January 6 you will receive your download of healthy habits by email and also on the platform.. You’ll have the 21 days broken down by day, with tips on how to actually implement these strategies. Print it out and add it to the notes section. What did you do? How did you feel? Is this something you want to KEEP in your routine when the challenge is over?
You’ll also receive access to our private community, where I’ll check in every day to share motivation, answer questions, and offer support. With the start of the new year, I’m excited that this is a huge group, with women from all over the world cheering each other on!
When the 21 days are up, I will provide options for next steps and together we will discuss everything we accomplished and how we can incorporate it into your long-term plan.

How is everything delivered?

Do the workouts follow videos?
These workouts are text-based with short videos to demonstrate the moves and modifications. I do it this way so you can work at your own pace! *As always, talk to a doctor before making any changes to your fitness or nutrition. I’ll also share some follow-up video options if you prefer to exercise with a guide the entire time.
Fitness and nutrition are not the same for everyone, so through this you will be able to see what really works for YOU.. We will work on sleep habits, exercise, mobility, nutrition and macro strategies, longevity, mental well-being and much more. We’ll also do it in a way that’s NOT overwhelming and so you can see what’s really important to you and what you enjoy!
