Comment of the week

“Leptin, schleptin. My biggest bouts of “overeating” have occurred around the family table during holiday meals. The benefits have less to do with weight gain or loss, more to do with community and fun. Blood sugar spikes aside, I will never regret second slices of my mother’s apple pie.

-I think it’s both!
